33 Lessons I’ve Learned by Age 33

Turning 33 feels a little surreal. Not in a dramatic, “what is time” spiral way, but more in a quiet, grounding sense of clarity I did not expect. Somewhere between my early twenties and now, life stopped feeling like something I was racing toward and started feeling like something I am actively building.

I do not have everything figured out. I still change my mind, overthink decisions, and Google things I absolutely should know by now. But I have learned a lot along the way about confidence, relationships, work, rest, boundaries, and what actually matters when the noise fades out.

So in honor of 33, I wanted to sit down and reflect. Not in a highlight-reel way, but in an honest, lived-in way. These are the lessons that stuck with me, surprised me, challenged me, and shaped the version of myself I am still becoming.

Think of this as a mix of reminders, little truths, and gentle nudges I wish I could hand to my younger self and maybe to you too. 🫶🏻
