Palm Beach Travel Guide: Where We Stayed, Ate, and Loved

This ended up being one of my favorite places we’ve ever been. I didn’t expect to love it this much, but everything about it felt so easy and beautiful. The colors, the energy, the pace of everything. It all just blew me away! Oh & the FOOD.

I wanted to share where we stayed, what we did, and the spots I can’t wait to go back to in case any of my girls are planning a trip! Xx

Where We Stayed

We stayed at Palm House Hotel and I would 100% recommend it!

The entire space feels so thoughtful and fun. Every corner has something interesting and it honestly feels like stepping into a dream. The pool was one of my favorite parts. It felt calm and quiet in the best way. The kind of place where you lose track of time. There’s also a Nobu restaurant right in the lobby, which made everything feel easy, lunch plans were already taken care of. You MUST order the spicy tuna rice!!

Where We Ate

We went to The Breakers and it was beyond!  If you visit Palm Beach, you have to go. The raw bar does not require a reservation, which feels like such a good tip to know. It made the whole experience feel easy. The Breakers is truly beyond beautiful and blew us away! So iconic.

Everything was fresh, the setting was beautiful, and it ended up being one of my favorite meals. We also went to Lola 41 for dinner and loved it.  Lunch spots included The Colony Hotel (Swifties) for lunch and another time for coffee!

Drift coffee was also amazing – make sure you get the coconut latte!!!

Wellness Experience

We visited Amrit Ocean Resort and it was one of the most unique experiences!!

If you love anything wellness, beauty, and longevity— you need to add this to your list. I had never experienced anything like it. It’s the largest wellness center in Florida, over 100,000 square feet right on the ocean. The entire space is designed around wellness and everything feels intentional.

The goal is to reset your nervous system and support detoxing the body. You can feel that the moment you walk in.They have salt inhalation chambers, hot and cold plunge pools, arctic chill fountains, experiential showers, and hydro reflexology walking paths. Every area feels different and you move through it at your own pace.

They offer day passes, which I loved. You get access to everything AND the spa–  it felt like such a good value for the experience.

The meditation pod was something I can not stop thinking about. I’m going to go back there in my mind the next time I feel stressed. I would recommend the whole experience without hesitation for a full-body wellness reset!! We did one night in Singer Island and then a few in Palm Beach.

Shopping and Walking Around

The shopping in Palm Beach is the best I’ve ever seen!

We spent time walking Worth Avenue and it’s so worth it! The architecture, and the colors make it such a fun experience.

The Chanel store on Worth Ave was a peak highlight of the trip! Such an amazing selection of classic & timeless pieces.

I also loved the Julia Amory store. It has such a beautiful feel and so many cute pieces! This white dress below came home with me & is currently on sale. 🤍
