S3, Ep18: An Extra Special & Personal Astrology Reading, Emotional Healing & Finding Alignment ft. Astrologer Yael Terramel Weisbach

This episode is really personal and a little different- a friend is giving me an astrology reading!!

In this episode of Girl Talk with Tay, I sit down with astrologer Yael Terramel Weisbach for a deep conversation on astrology, emotional processing, spirituality, and learning how to live in alignment with yourself through different seasons of life.

Yael shares her “Planetary Balance Method,” explaining how different planetary energies reflect core parts of who we are, including the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars and how understanding these energies can lead to greater self awareness, fulfillment, and emotional clarity.

We also talk about the danger of suppressing emotions in the name of positivity or spirituality, and why avoiding sadness, fear, or discomfort can disconnect us from our intuition and authentic selves. Yael explains the importance of grounded spirituality, emotional honesty, and allowing yourself to fully process difficult emotions instead of constantly trying to “fix” or bypass them.

The conversation dives into somatic emotional processing, connecting emotions to the physical body, and practices like Tonglen that help transform pain into healing and compassion. We also discuss life transitions, astrological cycles, burnout, and how understanding your current season of life can help you know when to push forward and when to slow down and rest.

Such a thoughtful and eye opening episode on astrology, emotional healing, nervous system awareness, and creating a life that feels more aligned and authentic.
